Organizing Assistants

We are accepting applications for part-time, variable-hour Organizing Assistant position(s). A minimum number of hours cannot be guaranteed, however there is opportunity for advancement after working several projects. Please read all of the following information including the job description below, then scroll down to the bottom of the page to complete the form.

Applicants must be available to work weekdays and weekends during our business hours Mon-Sun 9am-8pm. Jobs are typically scheduled on weekdays 10am-3pm (5-hour shifts) or 10am-6:30pm (8-hour shifts) but we also start some jobs as early as 9am and may work as late as 8pm on others, including some weekends. You must be available to work complete shifts. This job may not work for someone who already has another M-F 9-5 job or who is only available on weekends.

Locations We Serve:

Greater San Francisco Bay Area – We work in people’s home and offices and have clients in all nine San Francisco Bay Area counties. Projects are primarily in Oakland and San Francisco with occasional jobs in other SF Bay Area locations. Reliable transportation is required and a personal vehicle is highly recommended since many of the jobs are not near public transportation.

Job Description:

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of professionally organized residential and commercial spaces. Our client base is built on referrals and the work we do is high quality, so attention to detail is high priority.

  • Participate in on-site assistance with sorting, cleaning, labeling, packing, unpacking, tracking supplies and inventory, and various activities to get the job done.

  • Participate in remote & in-person trainings and events.

  • Must be a hard worker who can follow directions and work with a team.

  • Be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including the ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds, and climb/descend stairs and stepladders.

  • Strong organizational skills and comfort producing detailed work on a highly time-managed deadline.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a high level of customer service.

  • Clear and concise speaking and writing ability with a professional presentation.

  • Must have reliable transportation to get to the projects we have all around the Bay Area.

  • Must be able to pass a background check.

  • Will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
